Quick Seared Rib Eyes

Wife picked up some very thin Rib Eyes from Wally Mart and a Jack Daniel's marinade in a bag she wated to try...





After the steaks spent an hour in the bag I fired up the Memphis. A little pellet prime time and she was ready at 600F



Dropped them on for 5 minutes and they were done afte a thermapen check...





Steak was topped with balsamic vinegar and blu cheese mushrooms...



The marinade was pretty good and had a nice flavor. No where near as good as Soy Vay. The steaks were awfully thin. A reminder why I usually get them at Costco

Yes I would but I would leave them in the marinade overnight and use thicker steaks
