OK Dont get upset....I know this belong in the gallery but I put it here for those who dont venture over there as a teaser...I smoked these for about 25 minutes at 260 and then turned the MAK to 400 and seared two minutes aside on the MAK Griddle...
The best Steak I have cooked.
