fired it up to 275
seasoned the hangar steak with the new Jallelujah Rub by yours truly
Cooked until it hit 125 then butterflied them and put them on the now 500 degree searing station...it will go to 700 but I proved 500 is plenty

Very nice! I like how you flame zoned the tortillas! Im trying that next time I make tacos.
So tell us BP when will the new jalapeño seasoning be available?

Looks great BP. I am surprised how nonshiney everything is on just the second cook. Mine is still pretty shiney after 2 cooks. You keep making posts like this and I'm going to be asking about upgrade pricing..

I've never heard of a "hangar steak".. so I went and did some reading. Hopefully I can find one some day. It sounds like it would be fun to try.

Hanger is one of my favorite beef cuts. It has a great flavor and it's predestined for tacos or fajitas.

No lunch, Cheerios for dinner, and BP with pictures of some amazing tacos. I'm doing something wrong. I will take two as long as seconds are close behind.
