Fish is something to master on the Pellet Smoker.First you don't stink up the house. Second you don't stink up the house. There is so many types to choose to cook. We cook some of the cheapest Tilapia and or Swai. Prefer the Swai and usually cheaper about $2 a pound. Fish by size doesn't weigh as much as other meat so you get a lot per pound. All BBQ sauce can be used,consider it like white meat where it needs some spice and sauce. Did I mention you don't stink up the house? Once you get into it you will be looking for a fish market.
