Having Thanksgiving today cuz we have family that has to work on T-Day
Got my bourbon/maple turkey going in my MAK this morning. Have Pecan smoking @350 for 2 hours then to smoke setting for 2.5 hours.
Stuffed the cavity with sliced carrots, celery & onions. The neck cavity is stuffed with a whole lemon punctured with a fork. Rubbed MAK Bird rub on the bird
