Looks great! I haven't had any brisket in months! Wont be long after seeing this!

Forget the game, I'd show up for the brisket. I like those thick slices. Something to sink your teeth into.

great looking brisket bent. tailgating is the best. looks cloudy where your at buddy.

It was a light rain most of the tailgate and game.

The brisket had an IT of 205F when I put it in FTC and 170F when I took it out four hours later.

I'll show up as a 'replacement fan' for a slice of that any day!
