comfort food continued....

couple chicken breasts, butterflied them , coated with seasoned flour, egg, seasoned panko with parmesan. got the griddle hot and into the MAK

made a quick marinara, cooked some pasta, little smoked mozz on the chicken
dinner......

no problem

kite - whole wheat pasta or spaghetti squash, a little whole wheat panko & less cheese ok??

I almost used spagetti squash for this
