Well here you go, Minnie & I are bonded and she already needs a good cleaning.

The players:
Soup first:


Into the crockpot w chicken stock and Solileau's



Stuffing for Pork chops:
carmelized cashews (garlic EVOO & brown sugar)


Ready to go:


stuffed w bleu cheese & carmelized cashews & wrapped w bacon


Onto Minnie on Smoke for 30 minutes


Love to see this & it smells amazing:


Experiment w dessert on the MAK--keeping it simple

Thanks Art! After a year of looking at all the amazing cooks here I have learned so much, its fun to put it into practice.
