Got 3, 1 lb blocks going in the cold smoke on my MAK. Rolling Apple over em ;)

Going to cool at room temp under some cheese cloth then getting vac sealed for the fridge slumber ;)

Set on the smoke setting. Total smoke time 2 hours.

Here is the swiss all smoked up. Resting on some cheesecloth for awhile before vac bags.
