Local store had Keta Salmon on sale so I could not pass it up...

Removed the bones and butterflied. Then coated with Big Poppa's desert Gold Seasoning and some Soileau's...

Into the pre-heated Infuser on the gas grill side burner on medium flame. Dropped some Maple pellets in there...

Cornbread stuffing smashers on the inverted steaming tray...

I tell you that low grade Salmon is really good this way. I could not beat the $2.99Lb price ;)

Wow, you took a piece of Chum (Keta) Salmon and turned it into something that looks fantastic! Look how moist & flaky it is.

I wouldn't hesitate to eat a plateful of that my friend!
