JH Summer Peach BB ribs

Start with 3 racks of baby backs from Sams. Rub with John Henry's Summer Peach rub

On the MAk 2 star with BD Sugar maple and Mesquite

At the three hour mark, time for some foil love with:
butter
Brown sugar
More rub
Honey
Red wine

after 2 more hours, pour off the liquid, de-fat and reduce

Plated with a bowl of Cheddar cheese soup with bacon, beer and onions.

Looken mmm mmm good................... I'm planning ribs for this weekend and I to am thinking a peach rub. I bought those Simply Marvelous Rubs that Old Spark was talking up like crazy for awhile and pretty sure I saw a peach one in there.... Gonna probably do my rib three ways as usual.

The ribs look fantastic. I love Beer-Cheese soup. Everytime I make it, I don't seem to make enough. It may have something to do with the garnish I use--POPCORN!! It's kind of like putting potato chips or salty peanuts out at a bar.
