Pulled Pork Cuban with Onion Rings and Potato Salad

Let’s make some roasted garlic Dijon aioli. The players.

Let it sit for a hour or so.

Soaked the onion rings for an hour In buttermilk now let’s dredge

Oh ya the flour has some good stuff

Into the fridge to set up

Fried up and into a warm oven.

Now the Sammie. Some Cuban bread. The Dijon sauce in both sides

Rick, that Cuban sammie looks soooo good! The pulled pork was a nice addition. That's a good idea with the cast iron griddle too. I've got one and will have to give that a try!

you need to stop making those onion rings..... I have been successful resisting the urge to buy a deep fat fryer and you are going to break me with your onion rings.............

Love Cuband sammies made with pulled pork. In Asheville, NC there is a Cuban restaurant that makes them that way. The owner told me he has better control over the juiciness and flavor of the pork this way. I agree!!

I have a deep fat fryer. I need to make some of your onion rings, soon.
