Minne & I re-united!

I missed MINNIE the MAK while on vacation! My dad kept her company while I was gone.
So last night we made our first steaks and I threw some wings on for lunches.

Rubbed with Cherry Balsamic glaze & BPS Double Secret Steak


Chicken wings tossed in Money & a lite bit of Russ & Franks Sassy

This was my first time using the meat probe--Fantastic! SOOO easy!

Sweet potatoes & Regular Russet rubbed with EVOO & Jallelujah

Wings come off while Minnie cranks up to High to sear the steak. Add some sauce (left some w out sauce for the niece & nephew)

Best steak I have had in a LONG time...and I'm not usually a steak fan. Haven't tried the wings yet...we shall see what the tougher critics say after lunch today.

Great job Kristen the steak looks great! Can I suggest next time you apply a little of the glaze on the steak and rub it all over achieving a nice thin even layer all over the steak. A little goes a long way. Your bottle of glaze will last longer that way.
