Baby back ribs some of the best

Been awhile since i been on site. I love my country smoker !
Some ribs I done for a party. Removed membrane from back and rubbed with 3 eyzes rub, then brushed with mustard. Had smoker at 210 and every hour sprayed Apple juice on ribs. Smoked for 5-6 hours and last hour i brushed with Wee Willys bbq sauce.
I have tried dozens of different sauces and this is the BEST i have used. Not making a selling pitch but try it. I cook for large groups and been told it is so good. I think it is made in Afton Mn. I have ordered it by mail also.
I also have put ribs in tin foil last 45 min with peach sauce also

That MAK rib rack is the bomb! It even fits in my BPS UDS. Ribs look mighty tasty!
