My Aunt & Uncle are in town from Seattle, my night to cook! My uncle, the engineer for Boeing, asked a lot of questions and was fascinated by how the pellet grill functioned and each stage of cooking. It was fun!

Steak on the grill, almost ready for sear--no prep photos, my dad(sous chef) didn't take pics. He started while I was still at work.

You just live on the wrong side of the lake Salmonsmoker - you need to move to the "sunny" side - it *never* rains here.

Great looking meal Kristen!!! Those cookies look absolutely awesome!!! Great idea.
