Some spare ribs from recent

Was my brother Bday a bit ago. Had his falimly and my parents over for some ribs. Didn't think these were gonna all fit in my Lil' Tex. Smoke for an hour, then 250 for the rest of the cook. Spritzed evey hour with 50/50 Fruit punch Gatorade and Jack D. Rotated ribs at about the half way mark. Foiled and then rested for 25 minutes. All finished perfectly and we very good.

Those are some gorgeous ribs there Lothar. Is that color from the Gatorade/JD spritz? I like it!

I didn't know Lil Tex's are coming with upper shelves now!!?
