My daughter was hosting a get together at her place before heading out on a Pub Crawl with a group of friends. She ask if I would make ribs for her.

Nice Jim, and great use of the KoS souvenir!! Gives me an idea on how to use mine for delivering Christmas Dinner to my brothers house!

I did get some favorable reviews. Helps when you learn a few things from Johnny Trigg and the Big Poppa Team! Knowing your audience helps, I knew "fall off the bone" was what the end result needed. Without them falling apart. What I do then is add 4oz of diet sprite to each rib when foiled. WIth the other normal stuff.
