Rooster Ribs with beans and rice

Let’s try this out this red rooster sauce.


And for the chicken for some beans and rice. rooster on the wings.


While they were soaking up the good stuff time for the kids to play





FL time. let the one with the rooster go uncovered.


chicken comes off and I bring it inside. Go out to give the ribs some love and when I get back in I am missing some chicken. Wife and kids must have needed a snack.


FL is over. drizzle what was left back over the ribs and a little for the rooster ribs.

Wings where still there and I needed a snack. Oh ya picture then eat. Keep forgetting that step.

Loved the rooster on the wings.

A little blues hog for the rooster and apple for the other


chicken sliced up and added to the beans in the crock pot.

Yep it was good. Turn in plate could use some work. Really enjoyed the rooster ribs. Beans were a hit. Definatly liking my chicken and rib cooks. Need to start venturing out to some pork butt and brisket one of these days.

Sriracha is amazing on tritip, I can imagine how well it went on the ribs!
