Hope all my PS friends had a blessed time with family & friends. From the posts I have seen I can assume the food was fantastic.
Our tradition has shifted to Christmas brunch so my brother & his fam can spend the evening with the in-laws.
pig candy & regular bacon on smoke:
chopped veggies for quiche
tomato,onion, avocado, zucchini, fresh spinach
small Yukon golds for homestyle potatoes
mixing up the marmalade muffins, recipe from Pioneer woman
quiche on the MAK, w bacon crust
quiche is done & resting while we open gifts
finished product on marmalade muffin (brown sugar & orange juice glaze)
smoked potatoes, with onion & crumbled pig candy
And a peppermint mocha w whip cream to finish it off!
I sent the extra quiche w my sis-in-law for her family to enjoy, they are VERY interested in my MAK and tired of listening to everyone talk about the amazing food. They invited themselves over for dinner for my nephews 2nd birthday in a couple of weeks.
