Lets list all the things we never thought we would be cooking when we first learned of pellet cooking...

Probably the first one for me was Bacon. I couldnt believe how much better it was and no mess.....cookies surprised me too...

Lets see how many things we can come up with

Here is one of my signature dishes..thin chicken breast pounded out flat,seasoned with garlic and onion powder,red pepper flake,basil,salt and pepper..then i pound prosciutto and provolone into it with plastic on top..then roll it up and let it set up overnight..then a panko parm crust is applied and its fried off and sliced and served with my awesome artichoke alfredo..hope you like

Jerky is another I had no idea that I could make on my makLOL!.. I should have read that better..oh well next time it will be done on the Mak I promise!

I'm not a big fan of fried chicken, but that loogs good!

Smoking has opened up a whole new world of possibilities. I never thought I'd be making things like Maple Glazed Smoked Bacon, smoked sausage and real naturally smoked Cheese.

The lobster tail with bread crumbs is the best - In fact everything on a pellet smoker is the best, especially a MAK
