Ribeye for lunch

Had to go to the store to get some butts to cook tonight, so I picked up a little ribeye for lunch.

Olive oil, sea salt, garlic pepper. The Memphis is heating up to 500*.

Bear are you sure your name isnt dog! You are a dog! Are you still wearing shorts?

No shorts today! Cool and rainy here. I did wear shorts for Thanksgiving. the day started at 71*, and ended at 32*. That's about my lower limit for shorts!

6 minutes per side on the GrillGrates at 500*, and you get this!

Who needs veggies when you've got a hunk-o- meat like that?!!

This was my lunch a couple weeks ago. Done on the 1 Star and GrillGrates. I'm glad I'm not the only one who gets a hankering for a big slab of beef around noontime. ;)
