BBQ Turkey meatloaf, garlic, and onion Pizza

For lunch I put together a quick fun Pizza that turned out pretty good. I took last nights turkey meatloaf and mixed in some Blues Hog bbq sauce. Added chopped garlic, onion and some Mozz cheese and enjoyed a tasty pizza 10 minutes later.

Meatloaf on a pizza...

That definitely qualifies as one of those "Why-Didn't-I-Think-Of-That" ideas. Makes perfect sense, since meatloaf is like a big meatball.
