Tatonka Dusted Buffalo Sirlion Tip Roast

Was -11º with 23 mph winds today so instead of grilling outside went with the Showtime rotisserie. This was a 4 lb. sirloin tip buffalo roast seasoned with Tatonka Dust and wrapped in Saran Wrap to rest overnight in the fridge.

After it was on the rotisserie spit added grilling bands to secure the roast.

Cooked to 145º and rested for 20 minutes for a medium rare.

Sliced Sirloin tip buffalo roast seasoned with Tatonka Dust and served with mixed vegetables and roasted garlic potato's.

No pellets were used, this cook is not entered in the contest, just sharing a cook.
Had it not been so cold out I intended on cooking it on the pellet grill, but mother nature helped me to decide to keep this cook in doors yesterday!
