I really wanted to enter the contest last week but i lost my camera cord. Ahh well better late than never i guess. I started with my glue, a 50 50 mix of mustard and balsamic.

Got the glue on and rubbed them up.

On to the traeger with my A Maze N chugging away. Disregard that chunk of pork loin in the shot. I don't want to discuss that wreck.

I guess I forgot a couple of shots but here they are all glazed up with some honey siracha butter.

I had a plated shot but that seems to have been skipped. Anyhow they were probably the best ribs I have made to date. Thanks for looking.
