Rib craving

Had to satisfy a rib craving..so nothing but spares. These weren't even high quality..just Wally ribs. I didn't even trim the flap off of these like I usually do. I did these dry also..no sauce just money.

The done ness was perfect on these! Juicy,tender but not too tender.
I'm almost satisfied..got some baby backs to do Friday.

Oh man.. I have been craving ribs for some time now. We haven't had a rib fix since last summer.. now you gone and done it, it's ribs this weekend!

Memphis style dry ribs, no sauce; nothing wrong with that! They're a nice change-up every now and then, and traditionally done with spares (which I prefer anyway).

Now you got me craving some too!

Sold my smoker (gave it away to family). Now to build up funds in my Paypal account and get the Mak ordered.

Craving ribs too!!! Only fixed them once on Minnie, gotta try them again. But at least with Johnny Trigg in town this weekend I will get to sample the best.
