It was my wife's birthday on Saturday so I made her as many things that she likes as I could. I started with some bread. Garlic thyme bread to be exact. Here are the ingredients.
After a bit of work I had this.
Then I made some pasta dough
Here it is
She likes to eat healthy so I made a turkey mushroom filling for my ravioli. I seasoned up the turkey and left it in the fridge for a while.
chopped up some mushrooms and garlic and mixed them in with the turkey, put them into a pan and on to the Traeger along with my bread.
While that was working I rolled out my pasta and added some basil leaves
Turkey is cooked and cooling.
Bread is ready.
A bit of ricotta and Parm to finish out my filling.
Ravioli stuffed and getting closer.
There we go. Ready for the pot.
Got the ravioli cooked and added some mushroom marinara I made the night before.
It made for a tasty lunch and a happy missus. Thanks for looking guys.
