I ran them on SMOKE for about an hour, then moved them to the warming area.

Set to HIGH and install grill gates.



Done - IT is ~125-130F

Which was your Favorite?

I really liked them all, but the Mr Brown is as good on steak as it is on pork butt.

I think I wanna try some of the Raspberry Chipotle!
