Rack of Lamb Super Bowl Appies

Ok Was asked to bring a appetizer for the game...Made a crazy version of sweet hot lrack of lamb lollypops Big Poppa Jalalujah Seasoned jalapeno salt marinated in Soy Vey Island teriaki. ON the drum with pecan pellets at 250 (center temp was 275) 9 minutes flip 9 minutes flip 4 minutes flip 4 minutes Stand up for four minutes and pull at 130
