Cream Cheese Filled Moinks for Game Day!

This was one of the things we cooked up for game day. Nothing fancy or difficult, just a twist on Moink Balls, but they ended up taking center stage.


Cream Cheese Filled Moink Balls

I mixed up 3 pounds of meat balls: 2 lbs ground beef, 1 lb ground pork, salt, pepper, onion, garlic & parsley.

Stuffed some cream cheese in each (sorry for the blurry pic).

Wrapped each in bacon

Onto the MAK at 400° until done.

How did you attach the bacon? Don't see any picks.

Good catch Rick! I was wondering if anyone would notice & ask that. :rolleyes:

No need for toothpicks when wrapping bacon around ground meat. Because of all the fat, it sticks fine on its own. Just wrap the bacon around the meatballs and you're good to go.

Try it sometime. :)

I've made these twice now. I don't think I could get sick of them. Easy to make and a crowd pleaser.
