Strube Ranch Texas Wagyu Flat Iron Steaks!

Always a nice treat when I get some Strube Ranch beef It is the best. What I really like is that you can get quote unquote lesser cuts and they are better than premium cuts of mainstream meat. Here is a little Flat Iron love with oak pellets (might have overdone the smoke! hahahah)
