To celebrate the last comp of the year..and Todd and Andy joining us for a cook...I have Two Blocks of Strube Wagyu New Yorks that I am going to smoke. I am going to have Plowboys corn on the cobb...(buttered foiled corn sprinkled with yardbird...great!) Portabello Pulled Pork Pizzas with Pepper jack/Mozzarella, Baked Taters, Garlic Bread and my latest leftover creation...Smoked Turkey Stuffing Tamales.... (I take the leftover Pineapple roasted Jalapeno Chorizo stuffing and food processor it into a masa like consistency and then stuff with cranberry sauce and turkey and smoke!Ill post those in the gallery!)
