Duck Fat Fries

Let’s cut some fries. Quarter inch cut.

Soak for an hour changing water 3 times till clear.

Let’s fry. Need some fat

Fry twice. Fat to 325 fry for 4 minutes, drain. Fat to 375 fry till golden brown. A little kosher salt. Let’s eat these bad boys.

Nice work on those. I have never tried anything made in duck fat but I hear good things. How did the fat do with the high temp fry?
