That looks really tasty! I know now when national grilled cheese day is. We recall last weekend we had national beer day.

I thought every day was National Beer Day.

Yah! Last weekend I was cooking ribs to post to contest, first MAK ribs for me too BTW, and the holiday celebrations got the better of me and I had no gumption to post the photos! LOL! I'd not have won though in looking at all the awesome cooks submitted. Still, beware of those holiday celebrations! Now this weekend -- game on!

And yes, that is a KILLER grilled cheese, from the looks of it at least.
