I made a skillet full of hot peach cobbler the other day..
Heated the peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch on the Pro at 450 degrees until hot and bubbly...
Spooned the topping onto the filling and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar...
I parked the hot peach cobbler on the old corner fence post... the wind was just right.
My neighbor's ranch house (circled) in the stand of trees on the horizon... I'm sure they could smell the wonderful aroma from the cobbler. lol
The hot peach cobbler topped with sweet cream and sprinkled with fresh grated nutmeg...
It was pretty tasty...
