If you're handy with spreadsheets, you mihgt like this.
For a few years now I've been adding sausage recipes to a spreadsheet to make it easy to scale them up/down. Changes are easy to make, and notes, directions, options, etc., can easily be added wherever appropriate.
You just input how many pounds (or 5 lb batches) and hit [Enter] and it scales the recipe in a flash. Print it out and go mix your sausage.
