Big Butt Cook 73 butts Two and Four Star to the rescue

Ok SO they asked me to cook for my companies family day...no problem I said 450? Ill need about 950 pcs of chicken and about 40 butts....James and I loaded the Meadow Creek catering which holds 45-50 depending on size....they were pretty big....we got both cookers loaded and still had 26 butts left over....got to cook them...Wheeled out the MAK Four Star for 20 and a Two Star for the remaining six!

Wow that is a ton of meat! I bet everyone loved it. That is a lot of love and dedication to put that much time and work in to feed your peeps...

Quite the job and even better when you have the right tools to make it happen.
