Made some Carolina slaw and deviled eggs. Topped the eggs with BPS Happy endings. Had some great looking avocados at the store so made up some Quac.

Seriously??
That's the prettiest sandwich plate I ever seen!
How did you like the hot squeeze? I have some I've used on ribs and it was good. I haven't used it on butts yet.

Killer photography on the last shot! Love the (what's it called again??) Low aperture blur... I bet the pic don't do it justice in the taste department though!

It's called a "tight Depth of Field," from opening the aperture up wide (low F-Stop).


Rick it looks like you're really getting the hang of that new camera. The natural side lighting in the plated shots looks really nice.

I can almost taste that sandwich!
