Haven't had a chance to try MAK Grilling sauces yet so Pork Chops seemed like the perfect opportunity tonight!
Couple of chops
Dusted em with 3 Eyz
Onto the MAK on high
Cooked to an IT of 150 then hit them with the MAK Smokin Whiskey sauce
Sauced and done with an IT of 160
Ready to go
These came out great! The MAK Smokin Whiskey sauce was awesome, now I feel bad for not trying it sooner! Definitely will have to give the rest a whirl.
