Mystic Hickory Shagbark Back Bacon! (using the CB recipe that KyNola has linked to)

Essentially 1 T of Morton Tenderquick and 1 t each of onion powder, brown sugar and garlic powder per pound of trimmed loin.

I injected a few ounces of syrup into the loin before rubbing, then dumped a little more in the bag before sealing it.
