Oysters Lagniappe

Grilled Shrimp

Grilled Salmon

Roasted Potato’s

Sautéed Broccoli

Let’s start with the stuffing for the Oysters. The players.

Cook the veg

Add the cream cook to a simmer, add the cheese. Take off the heat, add the bread crumbs, parsley, green onions. Let cool.

Got some 16/20 shrimps ready to go. Add some Old Bay and Happy Endings.

Other than the Mak best investment I have made in grilling equipment. Highly recommended. Just bought 2 more from BP!

What temp did you cook the salmon fillet. Using the grill grates for it made it so pretty. I assume the flame zone cover off below the grate as well . I cooked salmon for first time in Mak 2 tonight with grill grate but I think had temp too high.
