ok simple...easy and Ive posted before but this is just so good! Seasoned with BPS Little Louies and BPS Sweet Money cranked the drum to 300 and cooked to an internal temp of 164....handful of pellets and perfect!

I'm glad you posted this! I was wanting to do whole chicken this week. I'll try the same flavor combos too. Yours does look good!

this was not for the skin rick so it was probably a little on the rubbery side...Im on a diet and am not eating the skin I would flip it over and give it a char/tightening if I got to eat what I want!
