Dinner for My Uganda Team

Well I've been back for 3 weeks, and last night was a follow up with my team. I was elected to cook dinner.
Menu:
Smoked tri-tip
sweet potatoes
salad w apple & avocado
rosemary & olive oil bread

ready to rub the tri-tips (there were 4)


sweet potatoes in chili/garlic oil & Desert Gold


salad fixings: romain lettuce, feta cheese, granny smith apple slices, avocado, red onion. Dressing made from lime juice, honey, oil and Obie Cue's Garlic & black Pepper


brownie bites are baking, topping made from cream cheese & marshmallow fluff

Dessert--topped with fresh raspberry & blackberry

Outstanding Kristen! When I was on a missions trip to Haiti, I remember we had a saying, "Where he leads me I will follow, what he feeds me I will swallow!"

By the looks of those pics, I'd say your team must've been thrilled to be lead over to your house! :)

Thanks Guys! I will upload photos from my trip very soon, almost all photos are on one camera. Which would not be mine:).
