MAK'ed Pizzas

Over the last 6 months since I got my MAK I have done countless Papa Murphy's on it. Everyone swears they just taste better on the MAK.

After about a 15-year hiatus from doing from-scratch pizza's (read - before kids) - I decided to dust-off my pizza pans and get to work.

Did one thin crust, one deep dish. The little patch of veggies was for my wife's sake. ;)

The deep dish crust was perfect! The thin crust should have been crisper, and I will get a pizza stone to remedy that for next time (which there will undoubtedly be).

Love doing pizzas on the MAK! Always on the upper rack. If possible, pull the thin crust pizza out of the pan about half way through the cook and place it right on the upper grate. Comes out crispy every time!

Yep, good advice for the crispy crust I have tried that too and it works great!
MAK Momma makes amazing pizza too :)
