Chicken and Bacon Diablo Skewers

Cut and pound some chicken tenderloins to size. Marinate in some OJ and BP Happy Endings



Get the cheese stuffing ready. Some cream cheese, smoked pepper jack and pecans.



Get the sauce ready. Some Sweet Baby Rays and Franks Hot Sauce



Stuff the Jalapenos with the cream cheese mixture then top with the chicken tenders. Wrap with bacon.



Onto the Mak at 350 for 45 minutes. Start basting with the sauce after about 30 minutes.



All done.
