Looks GREAT!
Love the homemade Sous Vide setup! I recently got a immersion style unit which I haven't had a chance to use.
Trying to figure a way to incorporate the MAK and the sous vide..

Looks great! The sauce is killer.

I really want to try combining sous vide and smoking for some short ribs. Hey, TD, which unit did you get? I have a PS Professional and love it!

I bought the "anova" brand. They dropped price the week after I bought mine... Grrrr.. Works good, easy to use. Thinking about getting a big polycarbonate or durable plastic bin with a rack. Just dropping bags in they get drawn to the intake, which doesn't appear to cause a problem, but seems as if it could.

Using it tonight..
