Sauté some onions and peppers.

Yeah boy!
Where ya find that big azz pizza stone? Thicker than any stone I've found.

My wife gave it to me for Christmas about 10-15 years ago. I'll have to ask her. And yes the thickness makes all the difference. Take's a while to preheat but holds temp very well.

I agree, the thicker the better. I switched from a stone to a 1/2" baking steel and couldn't be happier.
