Sriracha Sweet Money Pork Chops and Chicken w Maple Grits

I was talking to my chef buddy on Saturday and I had told him about using sriracha and sweet money on pork and regular money rub on beef and he tried it with pork chops at work...Loved it. I said what it needed was a nice sweet and savory compliment. I got the idea for some maple grits. Fired upthe hasty bake and tossed some pecan pellets

here we go plated...the grits were made without butter and had some maple vinegar maple syrup jalalujah and a dash or sriracha...I cant remember the other ingredients...it was three days ago Senior moment

Dang that looks good!

Now being a northern boy who grew up on fried cornmeal mush with maple syrup, and having lived in the south, I can appreciate those maple grits.
