Playing with some new toys! the Stok insert systems! Wow they are made for weber style cookers but work great on drums...They wont sell to me so Im going to break one of my rules and tell you to go to AMazon and check them out.

Wow I have been needing a kick in the rear to finish my drum build... This has done it! That just looks awesome and tasty!

I haven't had time to do a lot of cooking lately due to school and work... Winter break is almost upon us... This is going on the list of new things to try.

brussel sprouts are making a come back! I wouldn't have touched them as a kid, but now they are menus all over, and tasty too. Looks delicious as usual.

me too as a kid the worst thing my mother could feed us were brussels....
