Got around to doing a pork butt on my new traeger turned out perfect nice bark juicy tender. Real happy with that JR.

It looks perfect too! I'd have been really happy with that too.

Now can you put some of that on a bun with some vinegary slaw, a little hot sauce and pass it over here please?

Yea I am happy with the traeger. Used a side firebox setup for many many years. Just got tired of having to baby sit a smoker.
This butt turned out as well if not better then ones ive done over the years.
