Chilly Chili ( -2 )

Even for MN it has been unseasonably cold.

I was told by Mrs HTS that if I walked the dog she would make chili.
When I got in from walking the dog I could smell the chili on the stove "nice". I asked what kind of meat she used and was told that it was meatless???
I responded that it is not chili without carne.
I knew I had some sausage in the fridge, and all I had to do was to thaw out the frozen grill. The Pro was pretty iced up, so I set it for 450 deg. and waited.


At about 20 min and 350 deg. the ice started to melt from the hood.


28 min. at 450 deg and ready to cook.


Sausages on.


The chili looks better surrounded by meat.


And some of or local beer to go with.
